Within this scope, to fulfill our disclosure obligation arising from Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we would like to inform you about your personal data processed during your use of the https://zadevital.com.tr/ website (“Platform”) without registering and/or making a purchase.

1- Personal Data Processed by the Company

Individuals who follow and/or purchase products on the Platform without becoming members are defined as "Guest Members." Your personal data listed below are processed during your use of the Platform as a guest member and/or making a purchase.

• Identification Information: your name, surname,
• Contact Information: your phone number, email address, delivery address,
• Customer Transaction Information: transaction information related to your orders, transaction information regarding order, invoice and payment processing, delivery transaction details, your requests and complaints.
• Transaction Security Information: your IP address, website access log records, device and browser information, session data, cookie records, and technical data for ensuring transaction security.

2- Purposes, Collection Methods and Legal Bases of Processing Your Personal Data

Your identification, contact and customer transaction information;

• based on the legal reason of necessity for establishment or performance of a contract; conducting purchase processes via the Platform, performing procedures to create and complete your order, carrying out activities for the delivery of your orders, providing necessary information related to your order, executing processes related to the establishment and performance of distance sales contracts, managing and auditing business activities, and carrying out information security processes,
• based on the legal reason of being mandatory to fulfill legal obligations foreseen in laws; fulfilling obligations arising primarily from the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 and Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and other relevant legislation to ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with the legislation,
• based on the legal reason of legitimate interest of the data controller; carrying out information security processes, ensuring the security of the website and systems, preventing unauthorized access, creating and auditing system records, serving as evidence in possible legal disputes, and operating the platform securely.

The data is collected and processed automatically via electronic means on the Platform.

Your personal data are retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and for the statute of limitations, retention and storage periods prescribed by the relevant legislation; once these periods expire or the purpose of processing ceases to exist, your data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Law No. 6698 and applicable legislation.

3- Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties

Your identification, contact, and customer transaction information are shared with the seller of the product you purchased within the scope of the purposes stated in this information text, limited to the extent necessary based on the legal reason of establishment or performance of the contract, with service providers or cargo companies if necessary to conduct purchase processes, with our consultants; and with authorized public institutions and organizations where required upon request or within the scope of our legislated obligations, based on the legal reason of being mandatory to fulfill legal obligations prescribed in laws.

4- Your Rights Arising from KVKK

Pursuant to the KVKK, you have the rights to: a) learn whether your personal data are processed; b) request information if processed; c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; ç) know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; d) request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately; e) request deletion or destruction under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK; f) request notification of the transactions carried out under (d) and (e) to the third parties to whom the data were transferred; object to the emergence of a result against you due to automatic analysis solely by automatic systems; and request compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing under the KVKK.
